Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.190intel.com and any related web pages, forms, and content (collectively, the "Site"), operated by 190 Intel, doing business as 190 Intel ("190 Intel," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
190 Intel is a licensed California investigations and intelligence services provider. California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Investigator License No. 190149.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and accessing it for business or professional purposes. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Informational Purpose; No Engagement Created
The Site and its content are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Descriptions of our services are not an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where we are not authorized to do so. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create any investigator-client, professional, consulting, advisory, confidential, or contractual relationship. Any engagement of 190 Intel is governed solely by a separate, signed written agreement between you and us. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, security, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Submissions and Communications
When you submit information through the Site (for example, via a contact or service-inquiry form), you agree that:
- You will provide accurate information and will not impersonate any person or entity;
- You will not transmit confidential, privileged, sensitive, or legally protected information through Site forms or unencrypted email. Information submitted through the Site is not treated as confidential and is not protected by any privilege until a signed engagement agreement and an appropriate confidentiality arrangement are in place;
- We may use the information you submit to respond to and evaluate your inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purpose;
- Use the Site or any information obtained from it to stalk, surveil, harm, or unlawfully investigate any person, or in violation of any privacy, anti-stalking, consumer-reporting (e.g., FCRA), or other applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
- Introduce malware or any disruptive or malicious code;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access or collect data from the Site except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
- Copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted under Section 5;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site; or
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "190 Intel" name and marks, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to 190 Intel and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your internal, non-commercial informational use. All other rights are reserved. You may not use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 190 INTEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This section does not govern any separate signed engagement agreement, which contains its own liability terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 190 Intel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration (OPTIONAL — confirm with counsel)
The web team / counsel should decide whether to include this section. It is commercially common but has trade-offs. If omitted, delete this Section 12 in full and rely on Section 11. Remove this note before publishing.
PLEASE READ — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [JAMS / AAA] under its applicable rules, on an individual basis. You and 190 Intel waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by videoconference. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect, and disputes will proceed under Section 11.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate signed agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and 190 Intel regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Headings are for convenience only.
